Our little community at Alpine Airpark is a great place to retire for a lot of reasons. Mostly because Alpine Wyoming is a wonderful, beautiful and easy little town with beautiful scenery everywhere you look from the mountains to the valleys and lakes, streams.
There are a variety of low impact activities here that will keep you on your toes and moving. Biking around town, hiking up the hills around the Airpark, Jordan Canyon is a half mile away. Cross country ski trails right from your home. Fishing or kayaking a myriad of rivers and streams: 3 within a 5 minute drive. And there are also a lot of other activities that will delight your children and grandchildren when they come to visit. The best down-hill skiing in the nation Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Whitewater Rafting down the Grand Canyon of the Snake River in-between Jackson and Alpine. Hunting Trophy elk, mule deer, black bear and antelope – or if hunting isn’t your cup of tea, you can enjoy just watching them walk through your yard.
And you will meet many residents that will want to enjoy these activities with you.
